PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Open edition prints usually ship within 6 business days from the time of payment. Limited edition prints require longer processing times, and can take anywhere from 10-12 business days before they are ready to ship. You will be notified via email when your order ships - please see Shipping Times below for transit estimates. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please email us to see if we are able to expedite the processing time and/or upgrade the shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).
Shipping time guideline
7” x 9” = 6 - 14 business days (Shipped flat)
10”x13” = 12 - 31 business days (Shipped rolled)
15”x19” = 12 - 31 business days (Shipped rolled)
23”x29” = 2 - 6 weeks. (Shipped rolled)
Note: Prints must clear customs so international shipping times may be longer. Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
COLORS/TONES OF THE PRINTS VS ONLINE IMAGES
Many proofing sessions have been done to make sure that colors and tones that are viewed on screen match the print. This result may vary from your monitor but the final print is the accurate color rendition that is rendered according to Todd’s vision.

All prices are subject to change without notice, and there is no guarantee towards future availability of any particular photograph or format.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments are made through PayPal which accepts all major forms of payment.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
RETURNS
Returns are offered at our discretion on a case by case basis and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Restocking fees may apply.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If the image area of your print arrives with shipping damage or has a flaw please contact us as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged area. Please note: The images were printed within the white paper border that is larger than the image size, allowing for a protective border all the way around the image. The only purpose of the extra white border is to protect the image throughout the shipping to framing process. If there is any damage to this white border that concerns you, simply have your framer trim it back to the standard 1/4 inch.
LIMITED PURCHASES
The number of images sold to an individual customer may be limited.
SOLD OUT EDITIONS
Once a limited edition print size sells out, it is closed and will no longer be available.
